is a former foster child, NFL athlete, and Identity Shift Coach who has overcome incredible odds. After growing up in foster care and being adopted at 14, he earned a football scholarship to the University of Oregon and later played in the NFL—until a shoulder injury ended his career.

He went on to open a gym, but personal and professional struggles pushed him to reevaluate his path. Realizing that true change starts within, Anthony did the deep work to shift his identity and transform his life. Now, as the founder of “Dark Work,” he helps others do the same—teaching them how to tap into their full potential and Make Shift Happen.
